Cancellation Policy

M/S BOOK N BASH believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: ​ • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after making the booking. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the bookings have been communicated to the vendors/partners and they have initiated the process. ​ • Once the refund request is approved, we will refund your amount, and it will get credited in your account within 3-5 Days in the original payment method. Refund Framework (Bookings): ​ Customers can CANCEL bookings for up to 4 hours before the time of booking. Cancellation requests made 24 hours before the booking time: REFUND: 100% Cancellation requests made 4 hours before the booking time: REFUND: 90% Cancellation requests made less than 4 hours before the booking time: NON-REFUNDABLE
